7 7 7

Izaac is now 7 months old!!!

And I think he is starting to look it too. He has just looked so much older to me lately! Such a big boy!

He is playing the part as a big boy too!! He is now....

Getting up on his knees! We think he will be crawling for real by Christmas!
Though for the record, he has become quite the little champ at army crawling. Especially when he sees something that is "worth it"... Lexi's juice cup gets him going every time =) (This doesn't exactly make Lex very happy)

Eating cheerios and puffs! He can now get one or two in his mouth! This is really good for mommy because not only is it adorable to watch him try as hard as he can to pick one up and then get it in his mouth, but because it keeps him distracted for quite some time. I can get a lot done in the kitchen now if I just sprinkle a couple of snacks on his tray!

Moving in his walker! We got out his walker this month and he lucked out because we have tons of tile for him to easily move around in now! And he sure does! He mostly goes backwards but the last few days he has made some forward moves! And he knows this too! Every time he goes forward, his eyes light up and he gets the biggest smile on his face.

And he is still such a happy baby!! He actually got sick this month. The Flu =(. It was terrible. He wouldn't eat hardly anything and if he did he would throw up. And he had the WORST diarrhea possible. Every morning for about 5 days, he would wake up with it EVERYWHERE. Thank goodness we invested in some more sheets when he was born.

It was so heartbreaking to see him so sick. And the last couple days over the hump, our vacation started, so he wasn't the happiest camper for the first couple days. He had a hard time sleeping at Jake's while we were there for two nights and then Thanksgiving Eve.... Let's just say, I might have seen little horns pop out. He maybe slept for a hour ALL night.

BUT the next day, he was completely back to normal!!! And now he is my happy easy baby again. =)

He still is waking up to eat once a night, but because I expect it, it's not so bad. He goes to bed at 7, eats again around midnight, and then doesn't get up until 7. So I probably shouldn't complain. Though, I am going to start giving him less and less at night now, to try and end this midnight hunger. We shall see what happens...

We love you so much Iz! Seriously, more everyday. You really are so easy and will laugh at the silliest of things. And it's impossible to not laugh when you laugh, because you sound like a velociraptor.

You are beyond ticklish, especially on your rollie poliie thighs. You love loud music and when we help you dance along to the beat. And you still are putting anything and everything in your mouth! Where are those teeth?!?!
