Wake Up, It's your Birthday!!

 Happy Birthday Izaac boy!

It was so fun this morning seeing you so excited. You knew it was your day from the second you woke up! 

And we were all ready to celebrate you too! Especially, your sister. She kept asking you what you wanted to do, because it was "your" birthday. 

You woke up to the traditional streamers and balloons and it made staying up until 1 in the morning blowing balloons totally worth it. 

I mean look at that smile!

After some balloon fun, oh and ripping down all the streamers of course, it was time for breakfast, sausage and eggs, at your request.

And then it was time to get dressed and get more of the party started. 

We played some music and then played uno, the memory game, and the fishing game. And then! Grandma and Grandpa got here. 

This is when the real party started =) 

Because it was presents, lunch, and cake time!

While lunch was cooking, we let you open up the card from your great grandma in Florida. And she sent you five dollars! Woo hoo =) 

You were actually really excited about this. You probably counted it 100 times.

Then it was time for lunch!

You got to have pizza bagels (a personal fav) and a "super cool" drink. You are so fun Izaac. As soon as I brought out the box of drinks you were shouting, "Lexi, look at these super cool drinks!", over and over again. 

It sure doesn't take much to get you excited.

Cheers to being four!

And now, presents time!

This was the first year that you didn't need any help at all opening them. It is so crazy how big you are getting. It felt pretty weird just watching you take complete charge. 

But it was also fun watching you open all of them. You really loved every single one. You got a new dinosaur pillow that Grandma made you, which you are sleeping on right now as I write this, a tennis racket, a little mario guy, who you are also sleeping with right now), the biggest Link figurine ever, who you love, a new shirt, which you put on almost immediately, and a couple other little things, like a motorcycle from Lexi. 

Presents were definitely a success!

(side note: a couple days later you got some gifts in the mail from your Aunt Amanda. She got you a Pikachu pillow that you are obsessed with, a remote control truck, and a police man plate! Your Aunt Amanda is the best!)

And then it was cake time!

You kept switching back and forth between wanting a Link birthday and a Mario birthday but you finally made your final decision based on the fact that there were no Link balloons anywhere. So Mario it was!

Here is your cake! I actually liked the way Mario came out. 

Don't even get me started on the cramped writing though! Ugh!

Anyways, you loved it, and like always, the birthday judge is the only judge I care about!

We hope all your four year old wishes come true Iz Piz!

And just because we don't want to leave him out entirely, here is baby Zave from the day! 

We love you Izaac! Always have, always will!
