Conference October 2013
Conference was a little bit different for us this time, since
1) We could watch it on the actual television on BYU TV
2) Jimmy was gone all day Saturday
3) We now have two crazy babies =)
So some was watched live but most of it was us going back together to listen. This new DDR thing we have was great because we were able to just pause where we were throughout the whole thing if we had to take care of something (namely the children).
I thought there were several amazing talks and some very inspirational quotes that literally cut through me like a knife. It is crazy sometimes when you just know that God is talking directly to you through other people. I know that he knew I needed to hear some of these things.
I am definitely motivated and determined to raise the bar higher for myself in several areas.
