No Fish, Fishing

We decided before it got too hot, that we should go out and do some family fishing. 

So to Dead Horse Ranch we went.

It's so pretty there, it's super close, and there are a couple of really good sized lagoons with lots of fish.

Well we laughed, we explored, we ate, and we fished. But unfortunately, we didn't catch anything. 

We got some bites but no takers lol

Honestly, I don't think the kids cared one bit. Poor Jimmy was a little frustrated though.

We'll just have to try again another time.

It was still a really fun day though. We loved watching the kids venture and find new things.

And afterwards we went and tried this new hamburger place in Cornville... Ohhh my goodness! It's our new favorite burger joint! So no fresh fish but some really tasty burgers!
