I Heart Pancakes

This Sunday we continued celebrating Valentines with some heart shaped pancakes. We added some x's and o's to the mix this time around too!

The kids wanted to help and so I figured it was probably smart to do it on a morning when we weren't pressed for time. So Sunday seemed pretty perfect.

The kids love when we make fun shaped pancakes. I think they are convinced that the "fun" ones taste better. =)

Side note: Izaac got this bird from Hobby Lobby the other day when we went as a family and he hasn't let it out of his sight since. He calls him Glittery.

And he was very excited to share his special pancakes with him.
