National Pancake Day!

For the last week of February/first week of March, we all came to stay in Phoenix. Jimmy had training in the city and we didn't want to be apart so we decided it was best to pull Lexi out of school and stay together as a family. Plus I had my Fetal MRI appointment that week. 

This meant that we had to celebrate National Pancake Day at Grandma and Grandpa's house! I love this day and make no mistake, I don't care what's going on, special pancakes will always be made on this day =)

This year the kids and I chose to make piggy pancakes. Hehe and I thought they came out pretty cute.
