Two Months Old

TWO months little boy!

You are a whopping two months old!

And you are huge!

12 pounds!!

Right before you got weighed for your two month appointment with the Neurosurgeon, I was like, "I bet he's ten pounds!" and you were twelve!!

Oh Zave babe! You are the most amazing baby in the entire world. Seriously, I don't even like telling my friends with babies about you, because I feel bad! You are THAT good. Now that you are on this medicine, you seriously NEVER get upset! The only reason you ever really cry is because you are hungry.... or if one of your siblings is too aggressive. So it's really easy to read you. Because you only ever want one thing =)

I mean sometimes you will whine or grunt really fast, but we just pop that binky in and you are good to go. You are fine in your crib (which you now sleep in every night), you are fine in your car seat, in your swing, on the floor... there is no place you aren't fine lol

It's SO crazy to me having a baby this good. If it's possible, it makes me love you that much more =)

You are also not only smiling intentionally now but there have been a few times that you have let out a little giggle or two!  At only two months! I know... you are amazing.

And it's the cutest and most incredible sound in the world too.

The doctors both told us that you smiling and giggling is such a great sign as well.

AND not only are you happy as can be, but you are holding your head up and getting so high when you are on your tummy. In fact, you my dear, have now even rolled over a couple times! 

Completely not intentional, but making us ridiculously proud, all the same!

You definitely are a strong little Dandy baby. 

It's been so rewarding watching you and seeing you do so well.

You have come to like baths a lot more now. 

You LOVE being on your tummy. It's by far, your favorite position now.

You still are the most amazing eater. 

And you are now also the most amazing sleeper!

You go down around 10ish and do not wake up till at least 5. Usually it's not until like 6 or 7. 

It's absolutely glorious. 

For both of us. 

And it doesn't matter where you are either. We just went on a trip to Utah and you slept so good and sound there too!

You're also quite the napper. Daddy actually gets worried that you sleep too much but I'm sure it's okay.

You love your siblings and it's so fun to watch you smile back at them. 

You still poop around the clock and definitely have no problems in that department.

And you still love when you are stripped of your clothes.

The only thing that has been a little bit worrisome is that you shake a lot. Mostly your leg and your head. At random one of them will shake rapidly.

At first, we thought that they might be seizures, especially because it is one of the most common symptoms of both Dandy Walker and ACC. 

But we talked to the doctor last week about it and he said it sounds like it is more of a tremor type of thing.

Zavy baby, we just love you so. 

And we keep coming up with cute names to call you.

Zavy baby, Zave, Zave babe, Light Zavier, Z, and Lexi's favorite, "little fellow"
