Fork Level Eating

This CUTE boy has started to eat with a fork. 

And like usual, I'm just over here tearing up. He really has remarkable fine motor skills for any one year old, let alone with what he has.

And he is definitely left handed. 

He's also pretty adamant about using his fork too. He really does not like to pick up the food with his hand. I think this is more because of a sensory issue.  He figured out that with the fork, his hand doesn't have to get messy or wet.

He still needs help most of the time to get the food on to the fork BUT once it's on, hes all set.
