Scootering to School!

The kids are now walking to school on their own!!!! 

Well... scootering but same difference =)

I no longer am walking them and it  has been awesome!!

For the first couple of weeks, Lexi would get emotional at the gate... every single morning. 

This was hard. 

BUT saying goodbye at the house instead of the school has somehow been way easier for her to handle.

So the mornings are now a lot less dramatic. 

I am proud of both of them.

And it is so nice that I can go out in my jammies and wave goodbye.

We probably scream, "I love you" and "bye" about 20 times back and forth by the time they reach the dirt path but I love it.

Yay for brave kids, scooters, and positive changes!
