Family Pumpkin Picking!

We paused unpacking for a little bit on Saturday to go pumpkin picking!

We had never been to this place before and to be honest, we were a little skeptical as we pulled in.

It was definitely way smaller then the ones we have gone to in the past.

But it ended up being surprisingly good. The kids had an absolute blast, which lets face it, is the only thing that really matters. 

They particularly loved the corn pool. 

Even though the place over all was smaller, their corn pool was way bigger. 

All three kids would have stayed in it for hours. 

Especially, because it was in the shade.

Since here in Arizona, it's still scorching and sunny in late October lol.

This made getting nice snow cones even more fun for everyone too.

Lexi got a cottoncandy flavor and Izaac got watermelon. Both were delish.

Anyways, it always seems hard to pause in the middle of doing things, so even I was tempted not to go and stay home to get more things unpacked and done but I am so glad that we made the trip and took a break. 

It was nice going out for lunch afterwards too. 

Now to carve our pumpkins...

(which may be a bit of a challenge this year considering how small they are)
