Tonto National Bridge

It just wouldn't be right to send Amanda back East without going to an Arizonian landmark. And so one of the mornings we decided to go to the Tonto National Bridge.

It took about 2 hours to get there but in the new car it didn't feel that long at all. Already I am so in love with our new ride.

Anyways, we honestly should have gone somewhere else! Because there was so much snow up north this year, so many of the trails at the park were closed. There were only two that were open! So that kind of sucked.

I wish we would have figured this out somehow before going.

I mean, we got to see some pretty amazing views of the bridge but it would have been a lot cooler to be able to go down further.

Oh well. We still had fun walking around and enjoying the nice weather which was kind of on the chilly side. We also grabbed some dutch brothers on the way home (a new found love).

We went out for tacos after that in Phoenix to Jimmy's fav spot.
