Thanksgiving 2015

Once again, our Jimmy was scheduled to work on Thanksgiving this year.

 However, once again, the family was nice enough to let us do the big dinner here in Cottonwood. This way Jimmy could still enjoy the feast with everyone before he left for work, and it allowed us to be with him as long as possible.

(Which really meant so much to me because I still can't ever picture leaving him on a big holiday)

So it was here once again and it turned out being a really great day... for most lol

Poor mom got super sick Thanksgiving Eve, and so she spent almost the entire Thanksgiving day sick in bed. I felt terrible for her. What awful timing.

It also meant that I lost my sous chef for the big dinner lol

But thankfully my dad, stepped up big time and never left the kitchen. He helped so much and it made my morning SO much easier. So thank you Dad again, so so much for all that you did.
